About the Opportunity

Join PTI Regina’s Technical Sales Department where your primary responsibilities include:

• accurate preparation of technical quotations,
• entering and acknowledging sales orders,
• administering contractual customer requirements, and
• serving as the main channel for information exchange on quotations and sales orders between customers and internal departments.

The successful candidate will leverage their administration skills to grow and develop their skills in inside sales and project management.

• Superior interpersonal & written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn & understand complex topics
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently, take an assignment and run with minimal direction, a self-starter
• Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Word & Excel
• A Business Administration degree or certificate in Electrical Engineering

The following would be considered assets:

• Demonstrated ability to work with databases (MS Access or FileMaker)
• Experience with processing sales orders/ technical quotations
• Background in sales, project management and/or electrical engineering
