This is a permanent position based in Regina, focusing on welding various projects to aid in the building of transformers.

About You

You have:

• Saskatchewan Polytechnic Pre-employment welding certificate
• Previous Welding Experience
• Organizational & time management skills
• Ability to plan & meet deadlines; the flexibility to adapt if priorities change
• Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills
• A proven track record of being punctual and reliable
• Proven ability to quickly learn & understand complex topics
• A self-starter; ability to work independently, take an assignment and run with minimal direction

The following would be considered assets:

• Transferable WCB welding ticket
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Experience in manufacturing industry, quality assurance/control and/or ISO 9001 environment
